4. Network Placement: Your placement in the binary network is determined by your sponsor and the availability of positions. Once placed, your position cannot be changed.
5. Commission & Income: Income is earned through legitimate product sales and team building activities as per the VitalLife compensation plan. Income claims are not guaranteed.
6. Product Purchases: As a member you agree to purchase and promote genuine VitalLife wellness products. Resale must comply with the company's pricing policy.
7. Code of Conduct: Members must not engage in misleading income claims, pyramid scheme representations, or any activity that brings disrepute to VitalLife.
8. Privacy Policy: Your personal information is collected and used as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
9. Termination: VitalLife reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
